Frontline Frames

Frontline Frames is a full-stack storefront for car dealerships. I set out to build a revenue-generating business with real users within a week. Working with a partner I met in Saigon, I ran a few user interviews with dealerships and shipped it: dealers design a custom license-plate frame and check out with Stripe.

The designer needed to work as well on a phone as on a desktop, which is a genuinely tricky layout problem for a freeform design tool. Behind the storefront, each order generates a purchase-order PDF that routes straight to the factory, the customer receives shipping updates, and an admin backend lets us manage frames, pricing, and every order. It runs as a real operation, not a demo.

It is live, profitable, and built entirely by me: design, payments, fulfillment, and admin.
