Lettuce Labs LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates Dimensions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (trydimensions.com), use the Dimensions desktop app, or make a purchase.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Account information: If you sign in, we receive your email address and basic profile details from our auth provider (Clerk).
• Payment information: When you make a purchase, our payment processor Stripe collects your card details. We never see or store your full card number — only the last four digits and the email used for the purchase.
• Contact information: If you email us for support or fill out the contact form.

Automatically collected (website only)

When you visit trydimensions.com, our hosting provider receives standard request metadata:

• Device, browser type, and operating system
• IP address (used for routing, security, and rate limiting)
• Referring website

We do not use page-level analytics on the marketplace, and we do not track which Dimensions you open, how long you spend in them, or what you do inside the Dimensions desktop app. The desktop app does not phone home for analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Process and fulfill your orders
• Send purchase confirmations and license codes
• Auto-claim a license to your account when you’re signed in at checkout
• Respond to customer support requests
• Prevent fraudulent transactions

• Clerk: Our authentication provider, for sign-in and account management.
• Resend: Our transactional email provider, used to deliver receipts and license codes.
• Service providers: Hosting (Vercel) and storage (Cloudflare R2) for the marketplace and bundle delivery.
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Security

Payment transactions are encrypted and processed through Stripe’s secure systems. License codes are stored in our database with access limited to platform operators. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your sign-in session. We do not use marketing or behavioral advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies will prevent sign-in.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Opt out of marketing communications (we don’t send any by default)
