Refund Policy

All sales are final

Because Dimensions are downloaded and cached on your device the moment you complete checkout, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is complete and the bundle has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds.

Why no refunds?

A Dimension is a small bundle of files that you download and run locally. Unlike a streaming service or a hosted app, we cannot “take it back” once you have a copy. Our no-refund policy keeps things honest for both creators and buyers.

Before you purchase

We encourage you to:

  • Read the listing description and tagline carefully
  • Review screenshots and videos in the gallery
  • Check that the Dimensions desktop app is installed and running on your machine
  • Email us with questions before buying

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds or credits in cases of:

  • Duplicate purchases: if you accidentally bought the same Dimension twice due to a technical error.
  • Delivery failure: if we are unable to deliver the bundle and cannot resolve the issue.
  • Fraudulent transactions: unauthorized purchases reported within 24 hours.

All exception requests are reviewed case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

Chargebacks

We take payment disputes seriously. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to revoke access to any purchased Dimensions and block future purchases. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
