1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dimensions (the “Service”), operated by Lettuce Labs LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Dimensions is a marketplace and runtime for small, self-contained pieces of software (each a “Dimension”). We host listings, process purchases, deliver bundles, and provide a desktop application (the “Dimensions app”) that runs the bundles you install.

3. Digital Products

All products sold through Dimensions are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you receive a license code you can redeem inside the Dimensions app to download and install the bundle. Dimensions are licensed, not sold, and are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless the listing states otherwise.

4. Purchases and Payment

Paid purchases are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

All sales are final. Because bundles are downloaded and cached on your device immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. Please review the listing carefully before buying. See our Refund Policy for limited exceptions.

5. License and Restrictions

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Dimension for personal use. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share purchased bundles or license codes
• Modify or create derivative works for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter creator or platform attribution
• Use Dimensions in any way that violates applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property

Each Dimension is the intellectual property of its creator. The Dimensions platform, the desktop app, the website, the marketplace chrome, and related software are the property of Lettuce Labs LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lettuce Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any Dimension installed through it.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
